How do I connect my Amazon account?
After signing up, go to the onboarding page and enter your Seller ID. You will be redirected to Amazon to authorize the connection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings and click Manage Subscription to access the Stripe billing portal. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel during your trial, you will not be charged.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and click Delete Account. All of your data will be permanently removed immediately.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your Amazon business data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I revoke API access?
You can revoke access anytime from Amazon Seller Central under Apps and Services. This will disconnect the integration.
